As owners and operators of the Ethereal Café, Dale and Marilyn Van Vliet have years of management experience as well as education that have effectively and efficiently resulted in positive outcomes in their careers managing businesses in Nevada, Arizona, California, New Mexico, and Colorado. 

It is our continued goal to serve the Lord as servant leaders and be positive role models in our community.

The word “Ethereal” is defined as heavenly, spiritual, or celestial.  As Christians, it is our continued goal to serve our guests quality food & drinks in a welcoming restaurant with servant leadership.
